Remediation Strategy Report
The Remedial Strategy forms a report which combines all the data previously recovered relating to contamination at the site and formats the data into report format and discusses and reports on appropriate remediation methodology to mitigate risk to the end user, environment and groundwater.
The purpose of the remediation strategy report is to assess the level and extent of contamination and consider any possible remediation technologies which could be implemented to prepare the site as fit for use as the proposed end use classification, (The remediation must ‘clean’ the site to a relative standard – Residential land use, Commercial Land Use, Industrial Land Use).
The report will conclude to a strategy which should be implemented on site and also outline the level and extent of data which would be needed to ensure that the site can be validated as a fit for use site in any future reporting, (the verification report).
